PLEASE NOTE: You cannot return items to us for free; return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days to request a return after receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Due to the personal nature and strict hygiene standards of our products, lingerie and bodysuits are excluded from returns. We aim to ensure quality and safety for all our customers and appreciate your understanding of this policy.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at info@velora-label.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

How to Return Your Order?
If your order meets the above conditions, you must do the following to start the return process:

Email us at: info@velora-label.com

Make sure the email includes the following details:
- Order number
- Reason for return request
- Photo of the product in case of breakage
- Customer's first and last name
- Customer's address

We will then contact you with the return address.
**Never send the return directly to the sender!**

You, as the customer, are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Consumers have the right of withdrawal under the following provision if the consumer is a natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that cannot be attributed to their commercial or professional activity:

A. CONDITIONS FOR WITHDRAWAL
Right of Withdrawal
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, receives the last goods.
Since we operate with a fully automated system, orders are processed as soon as they are placed. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the delivery process until delivery, so a refund is not possible after receipt of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us "Velora Label" by means of a clear explanation (e.g., via email) of your decision to withdraw from this Agreement. The right of withdrawal is completed once we have received the goods. The costs of returning the goods are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns in Transit
Since our goods are shipped from Asia, longer delivery times may occur. If the goods are already on their way to you, cancellation is not possible. Wait until you have received the goods and then return them to us. Of course, you can inform us in advance and submit your cancellation. To ensure the fastest possible return, we ask that you send us a shipping label for confirmation.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from the agreement, we must reimburse all payments we have received from you, excluding delivery costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without delay and at the latest fourteen days from the day we received notification of your termination of this agreement and receipt of the goods. For this repayment, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this repayment.
